4.0 QUALITY MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

 

Documents

  • Keep them simple, preferably flow charts
  • Only document Key Business Processes
  • Have a simple way of controlling their recording / issuing / updating.   Use software if necessary
  • Have the people that do the processes document them
  • Remember who the documents are aimed at. Keep them appropriate.
  • Use the languages of the uses and pictures if necessary

 

Records

  • Keep them simple
  • Ensure that all the fields are filled in
  • Make the departments responsible for their own records
